That is amazing! I liked this one even more than the last! The way you add in hints at a bigger game is really inspiring.... mentioning magic, mentioning having killed before.... I can absolutely envision a dark roleplaying game that could fit this. I'm desperately wanting to find a way to use this stuff now.
Well, I cant promise anything...but this is an easy format so maybe more to come? perhaps a collection?
also my go to for modern horror stuff is Liminal Horror. Its a great system, made by cool people!
