I'm in the process of putting together a license & SRD for my INSTANT games, but here"s the license text as it stands currently:
You may use text directly from the SRD.
You may use the INSTANT DNGN compatibility logo.
You may use concepts and mechanics from any official INSTANT DNGN games (such as INSTANT STARSHIP), including "Instant Crew" and "Starships & Space Battles." However, do not use text from those games instead fill these gaps with your own original content.
You may include this attribution: "[Your project] is based on INSTANT DNGN by Jack Panic, copyright DNGN CLUB GAMES. You can find out more and support these games at patreon.com/dngnclub or dngnclub.itch.io."
You have permission to make bad art, but DO NOT use generative AI.
You DO NOT have permission to use these works to promote fascism, bigotry, or any other hateful ideologies.
This is a general license. If you wish to negotiate a different license with alternate terms, please contact dngnclub@gmail.com.
Hope to have the SRD and compatible with logo done soon, but dont sweat it too much!
