Completely overhauled the INSTANT CREW document. Changes include:

• Expanded the WILD CARD table from 3 choices to 6.
• Added a flowchart to illustrate the typical flow of a scene.
• Rules of complications and clocks.
• Added a few roll tables, SPACE PORTS, COMPLICATIONS, CONTRACTS, PEOPLE
• Thought on how to handle Death and Roleplaying in this solo mode.
