You awaken behind the wheel of a crashed car. Your head is pounding.
The moon shines a blood-red hue, tainting the landscape in its crimson light. The town seems abandoned.
You can't remember who you are, but you find a note and a photograph in your pocket—a photo of a woman. The site of her face ties your stomach in knots.
You must save her.
The town seems abandoned, as you and your companions head into town on foot...

Hey. I found some grammar errors in the pdf. Would you still be open to modifying it or is this the final version
lay it on me and ill fix it!
Cool, well here's what I found. I'm an English teacher and proofread as a side thing, so sorry for the long list lol.
1. "1d4 Monsters Attacks" on page 3 should maybe be Monsters Attack.
2. "May take 1 stress damage" should maybe be more forward, like will take.
3. "If you successfully complete a random encounter gain a" appears twice.
4. "a oversized maggot" should be an oversized maggot.
5. "six pale arm" should be six pale arms.
6. "charred corpses and corridors moan" implies that the corridors, aka the building, are also moaning. Maybe not an error.
7. "if the players read the files" should start with a capital I.
8. "The center of the junkyard" text mentions the junkyard twice. Not an error per se, but it is a bit redundant.
9. "drunken and belligerent" could be changed to drunk and belligerent for consistency.
10. "who is she to you?" should start with a capital W.
11. If all the players need to fail their save for the car to be destroyed, maybe changing it to "have the players make a CTRL save" would be more appropriate. Since the odds of everyone failing their save, one at a time, are extremely low.
12. "when you encounter any non-monster NPC" should start with a capital W. "(including HER)" should end with a period.
13. Only one of the reaction roll results has a period.
14. both "cut your hand with the blade" and "insert in a VHS player" should start capitalized for consistency.
15. "allows your to transfer" should start with a capital A, and your should be you.
16. "you see the town for its what it really is" should have its removed.
17. "Shards of razor" should maybe be changed to Razor shards or even just Razors.
18. "this town returns to a normalcy" should maybe be changed to the town returns to normalcy. Or just normal.
19. The BLOODBAG stat block is missing a CTRL value. Unless this is as intended.
20. "MONSTEROUS LOCAL" should be MONSTROUS LOCAL.
21. "They steal something useful to the party" should maybe be changed to from the party.
22. "into dog-like proportions" is missing a period at the end.
23. "they are unable to accept." should maybe be more final, like unable to accept it or they can't accept (removing the comma before).
24. "maybe you die before you have the chance" should maybe be, maybe you'll die. Or you will die.
25. "is the carrot to keep delving" just sounds quite odd. "but not the point" also makes that sentence quite odd.
26. "This is game about" should be is a game.
27. "Add more monsters if you like" should maybe be if you'd like or if you want.

Happy to have been helpful. I ran the one shot a few days ago and my players had a blast. One of them even became the new sheriff after beating the old one at a game of knucklebones.

on the random table it says, monster attacks, are there statblocks for,or?
You can use one of the monsters in the adventure orany monster from liminal horror, or make one up! Nice the about LH is how simple the stats are!
